VENICE 2026   |   ROYAL GENTLEMEN   |   CONGRESS AWARDS

Diplomacy, music, philanthropy and international leadership meet at Ca' Sagredo On 11 September 2026, during the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, the historic Ca' Sagredo will host the Royal Gentlemen Gala Dinner and Congress Awards. Thomas Misse, Marek Harmony and Anna Stukkert will bring together leaders from diplomacy, business, culture, philanthropy and the arts for an evening inspired by La Dolce Vita. Presented by the Royal Gentlemen Club, represented by Thomas Misse and Marek Harmony, the event combines the club's tradition of refined international gatherings with the Congress Awards programme founded by Anna Stukkert. The organisers are creating an intimate Venetian experience in which the guest circle, live performances, jewellery and historic interiors form one carefully composed narrative.

A Venetian Palace with a Living History

Ca' Sagredo is central to that vision. Rising directly from the Grand Canal, the centuries-old palazzo is recognised as a National Monument and preserves the spirit of a Venetian noble residence. Its monumental staircase, frescoed salons and historic art collection will transform the evening into a journey through a living museum, with music, presentations and personal encounters unfolding throughout its rooms.

An International Circle of Leadership

Among the expected guests is Eric Adams, the 110th Mayor of New York City, who served from 2022 to 2025 after previously serving as Brooklyn Borough President and a New York State Senator. He will be joined by Laurent Anselmi, one of Monaco's most distinguished public figures, who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation from 2019 to 2022, later became Chief of Staff to H.S.H. Prince Albert II, and is now President of the Monaco Sea Academy. Italy's business community will be represented by Massimiliano Giobergia, General Manager of Cosmetic Tailors, the principal private-label division of BEAUTICON VALLEY. Founded in Brescia in 1959, the group leads a network of more than 50 companies, reaches over 130 countries, employs approximately 600 people worldwide and has exceeded EUR 400 million in consolidated turnover. Cosmetic Tailors develops bespoke Made in Italy products for international beauty companies through scientific research, specialised laboratories, clinical testing and an atelier approach tailored to each client. Other international guests include Al Kash, founder of ventures spanning media, entertainment, talent, publishing and luxury events, and Alisa Roever, founder of Angels Helpers Foundation, whose work supports children, education, culture and community initiatives.

Austrian Jewellery Meets Venice

Oliver Weber Collection will join the evening as Official Jewellery Partner. Present in more than 50 markets, the Austrian brand will unveil its new Dolce Vita Collection inside the historic rooms of Ca' Sagredo. Inspired by reflections across the lagoon, Venetian Carnival, architecture and the city's changing light, the Swarovski crystal jewellery will create a dialogue between contemporary European design and centuries of Venetian heritage. The brand's international special projects are represented by Lidia Weber, Director of Special Projects at Oliver Weber Collection.

The Musical Programme

Award-winning soprano Alina Zamalieva will bring the dramatic power of the international opera stage. The recipient of more than 15 honours, she was recognised at the Covent Garden Opera Competition with the London City Philharmonic and received First Prize at the VI International Music Festival in Vienna. A graduate of the Zhiganov State Conservatory in Kazan, she became the youngest soloist of the Tukai State Philharmonic and later won the opportunity to study at the Belcanto Academy with the legendary Mirella Freni. Her career has taken her to venues across Europe, Asia and Russia, and she also reached the quarterfinals of The Voice of Germany.

Yuri and Ksenia Wheelman will then introduce the artistic world of Wheelman Duo. Their story began at the Bolshoi Theatre, where classical discipline and an instinctive musical connection united two individual paths. From that encounter emerged Couture Crossover, their signature language combining exceptional voices, iconic film music, contemporary sound, movement and visual storytelling. As Art Ambassadors of Blue Alliance Monaco, they are also developing Echo of the Ocean, an audiovisual project connecting music, imagery, artificial intelligence and ocean protection.

Rezeda Kalimullina will complete the musical journey with her expressive blend of soul, jazz and pop. With 25 years of stage experience, she combines a powerful vocal presence with a direct emotional connection to the audience. Her artistic development has included mentorship from multiple Grammy-nominated American vocalist, pianist and composer Karen Edwards, whose career has included performances with Stevie Wonder, Prince and Tony Bennett.

One Evening, Many Worlds

For one September evening, Ca' Sagredo will become a meeting place for worlds that rarely share the same stage. Public leadership will meet philanthropy, Italian innovation will meet international media, opera will meet contemporary crossover, and historic Venice will meet new ideas about culture, technology and responsibility. La Dolce Vita will become more than a theme. It will become the art of bringing remarkable people together and allowing one meaningful encounter to lead to another.
